My name is Ican Naci. I am a 23 year old freelance journalist. I currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Creative Writing.
I had graduated in 2024 with a 2:1. I’m currently considering pursuing a masters, and I’m open to opinions on how others within the same field have found it, and how it has helped them in their career-path.
I have a strong passion for all things eighties, whether that is the music, fashion or cars. I consider the time to be very visual pleasing, and a moment where technology and human interaction had a balance, going hand-in-hand with each other.

Currently, I am a Clearance Broker at FedEx Express, working within logistics and transport. I am designing a logistics magazine which will be releasing very soon, connecting two vastly different career fields together. I also have numerous publications with local town online paper, YourHarlow.
My passion for journalism continues to grow, and I continue to expand my current skillset. I consider myself to be an articulate person, with strong researching, pitching and interviewing skills; having interviewed several political figures. I also ensure to maintain a strong skillset online, with a deep understanding of SEO strategies and videography skills (with the ability to use programs such as Da Vinci Resolve and Adobe Suite programmes; such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop).
